Printing on metal

I wanted to print these beach images on metal to capture the luminosity range of the specular highlights that shimmer in the water. I will print them myself using an Epson  StylusPro1800 printer. Anyone have suggestions on how to transform the printer to help me and any information on materials or metals to try. Thanks for any advise.
